Shadeform ships table lamps from Evans City, Pennsylvania to addresses in the United States. Shadeform is operated by LILY KNOCHEL HJ INC, 223 E Main St, Evans City, PA 16033.

Where we ship
We deliver only within the United States. We do not ship to other countries, U.S. territories outside the continental network our carriers support, or addresses our carrier cannot serve.
Enter a complete street address at checkout. If your carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. box, use a physical address.
When orders leave our facility
The daily cutoff is 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, except U.S. federal holidays.
- Place your order before 5:00 p.m. ET on a business day and we prepare it for shipment that same business day whenever we can.
- Place your order after 5:00 p.m. ET, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, and we process it on the next business day.
“Processed” means we pack the order and hand it to the carrier. It does not mean the package arrives that day.
Shipping method and cost
We offer one standard service at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99
- Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $49.00 or more, before tax
The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. We do not add handling fees after the order is placed.
If an item is heavy, oversized, or needs extra packing because of glass, we still charge the same standard rate shown at checkout.
How long delivery takes
After the carrier scans the package, Standard Shipping usually arrives in 5 to 8 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include U.S. federal holidays. Transit time starts when the carrier accepts the package, not when you place the order.
Delivery dates at checkout are estimates. Weather, peak season, an incomplete address, or a missed delivery attempt can add time. We do not guarantee a calendar date unless a listing or checkout message says otherwise.
Tracking
We email tracking information after the carrier accepts the package. Use that number on the carrier’s website.
If tracking has not moved for several business days after the first scan, email service@shadeformhome.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier.
Packing
Lamps ship in a box with cushioning. Glass shades and frosted shades are packed to reduce breakage. Please keep the box and inner packing until you have inspected the lamp.
Delivery problems
Please inspect the box when it arrives.
- If the box is crushed or the lamp is broken, take photos of the outer box, the inner packing, and the product. Email those photos to service@shadeformhome.com within 7 days of delivery.
- If the carrier left the package with the wrong person or marked it delivered when you do not have it, contact us the same day if you can. We will open a carrier inquiry.
- If the address you entered is wrong and the package comes back to us, we can reship after you pay the new shipping charge, or refund the product price minus the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fee.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address on the order, or when the carrier first marks the package delivered or ready for pickup.
Refused or unclaimed packages
If you refuse the delivery or do not pick it up and the package returns to us, we treat it as a return. We may deduct outbound shipping and the carrier’s return cost from the refund.
Changes after you order
Email service@shadeformhome.com as soon as you need to change the address or cancel.
- If we receive the request before 5:00 p.m. ET and the order has not been handed to the carrier, we can usually update the address or cancel.
- After the carrier has the package, we cannot recall it. You may refuse delivery or follow our Return & Refund Policy once it arrives.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and is not part of the shipping charge.
